ITV World Headquarters are located 30 minutes north of Boston in Beverly, Massachusetts. ITV also has a call center in Maine and strategic alliances with partners located around the world. ITV always has a " Plan B "

Our call center is the heartbeat of ITV, and we ensure we have all systems performing - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every ITV technology system is fully redundant in anticipation of system repairs or power outages. Every issue is anticipated. We have back-up generators. We monitor weather conditions and anticipate issues, and in the extreme event our call center is not up and running, we have a back up facility where our sales reps can continue taking calls. No stone is left unturned, we anticipate and prepare so that events are not events, but transpire seamlessly and never interrupt ITV's fast pace.

Safety and Security is a priority

The safety and security of our employees and guests is very important to us. We have video monitoring systems in every entrance and swipe cards with permissions based access to our facilities.

Growth Forecasting and Client Requirements

We forecast business growth to ensure our facilities and services are in place before a new product comes to us. Warehousing, shipping vendors, packaging, and staff are all reviewed and prepared for growth and new products.

Healthy Work Environment

A positive work environment produces positive results. The new 55,000 sq. foot ITV World Headquarters, located atop Cherry Hill Park overlooking Beverly Airport, is a clean and beautiful place to work. With an onsite Café, complimentary coffee and tea, plenty of parking, spacious work conditions, state of the art phones and computers, expansive windows with beautiful views, ITV employees enjoy coming to work.

Diesel Generator

Our 750 kw Cummings generator assures that if the power in our area goes out, it will have no effect on your show or media dollars. The 500 gallon tank can run for three days and the power supplied is enough to run our building three times over!
