We use one server with one set of business routing rules for all media types: this integrated system allows us to streamline all of our calls and maximize your campaign efficiency. Our phone system reports to Microsoft SQL Server back end allowing for granular reporting on all of your calls. Interactive Intelligence software allows for quality control monitoring, so our quality control team is constantly monitoring sales reps performance and our sales managers can critique their team's performance and fine-tune their selling and persuasion skills.
